Tofu with ginger garlic and tamari


  • 1 block of organic tofu
  • 5 cm of ginger grated
  • 2 small red chillies
  • 3 tbsps of tamari sauce


  • Break or cut the tofu into similar sized cubes. Grate the ginger onto it and chop the chilli into slices and add it as well. Pour the tamari sauce on top and then bake in an oven for 15-20 mins at 180C. I would have with some brown rice and a bit of salad! Yummy!
