
The Recipe – Juice 1
No.57 SUPERGREEN IMMUNE SUPPORT
4 Kale Leaves
3 Swiss Chard Leaves
1/2 Cucumber
2 Stalks of Celery
Handful of Parsley
Juice 1-2 Limes
1 tsp Wheatgrass Powder
Pass all ingredients, except the wheatgrass powder, through the juicer, juicing the limes through the juicer or by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand. Stir in the wheatgrass powder at the end.
When and Why
Between 6:30am and 9:30am
Green Juice is the order of the day, with all its sulphur-forming vegetables that help the detox pathways in the liver. This juice has added vitamin B to keep us calm and nourish our nervous system.

No.32 SWEET DREAM SHOT
Juice 1-2 Oranges
Juice 1 Lemon
Shot of Wheatgrass or 2 Tsp Wheatgrass Powder
Juice the oranges and lemon through the juicer or by hand. Mix all ingredients together in a glass and give it a stir.
When & Why
Between juices 1 and 2
You can have this between juice 1 and 2, if you would like. If you are feeling fine and are so inclines, it is nice addition to the second and third day of this detox.
The Recipe – Juice 2
No.70 TIME FOR TURMERIC
1 Apple
1 Pear
1 Carrot
1/2 Beetroot
Small Handful of Coriander
5cm Piece of Root Ginger
5-10cm Fresh Turmeric or 1-2 tsp Ground Turmeric
Juice of 1-2 Lemons
When & Why
Between 11:30am and 1:30pm
This juice is a real all rounder and had anti-inflammatory actions – great for the body whilst it releases toxins.
The Recipe – Juice 3
No.47 BEYOND BALANCED (Smoothie)
1/4 Watermelon
Small Handful of Sprouted Sunflower Seeds (or similar similar)
150g (1 cup) Frozen Blueberries or Raspberries
Handful of Spinach
1 Tsp Maca Powder
1 Tsp Chlorella
Remove the flesh from the watermelon and the put it in the blender with all the other ingredients and blend together.
When & Why
Between 3pm & 4pm
Again, I have given a smoothie at this time of day. This is aimed at balancing energy levels, whilst nourishing you.

No.14 CALM YOURSELF
1/2 Cucumber
2 Stalks of Celery
1/4 Fennel Bulb
Handful of Mint Leaves
3-5cm Piece of Root Ginger
1 Apple
10 Blueberries
Juice of 1 Lime (optional)
When & Why
Between 6pm & 8pm
A gut soothing drink at the end of day 2 to help calm your tummy.
