The 5 Day Rebuild & Revamp | Day 3 Juice Fast

The Recipe – Juice 1


1/4 Pineapple

2 Apricots

140g (1 cup) Blackberries

1 Pear

Handful of Mint Leaves

A Shot of Wheatgrass or 2 tsp Wheatgrass Powder

Peel the pineapple, stone the apricots and then juice everything together. If you are using a masticating cold press juicer, you will be able to make a wheatgrass shot whilst making this juice, otherwise stir in the wheatgrass powder at the end.

When & Why 

Between 6:30am and 9:30am

We are going to start our 3-day journey by employing a juice to wake up and dazzle our system


The Recipe – Juice 2


2 Leaves of Cavolo Nero

Handful of Spinach

Handful of Kale

2 Stalk of Celery

Small Handful of Parsley

1 Apple

1/2 Pear

8 Raspberries

Juice of 1 Lime

Pass all the ingredient through a juicer, juicing the lime through the juicer or by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand.

When & Why

Between 11:30am and 1:30pm

This is a liver-orientated juice. We need to give really effective support to the liver when we are detoxing. This juice does just that!



The Recipe – Juice 3 

No. 16 – GET MOVING (Smoothie)

1/2 Papaya

1/2 Banana

1/2 Apple

1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseeds

Peel the banana and papaya, blend all the ingredients together, except the green powder – this needs to be stirred in at the end.

1 Tbsp Aloe Vera Juice

250-500ml (1-2 cups) Filtered Water

2 Tsp Mixed Green Powder (a mix of spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella etc)

When & Why

Between 3pm and 4pm

As we are doing 3 days, I’ve added a fibre-rich smoothie at this time of day. Not just because I know that it is hard to do 3 days on juice alone, but more importantly because we want the waste bowl and colon eliminated as quickly as possible. This is where the fibre helps!

The Recipe – Juice 4 


1/2 Beetroot

1 Carrot

Handful Spinach

5 Strawberries

10 Blueberries

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

2 tsp Blue Green Algae

Pass all ingredients through the juicer, except the blue green algae, this can be stirred through at the end. The lemon can be juiced by hand or through the juicer.

When & Why 

Between 6pm and 8pm

This is good all round juice, giving a well-balanced spectrum of phytonutrients.
