Start The Day Right Smoothie

1 1/2 tsp Soaked & Drained Oats

250-500ml (1-2 cups) Unsweetened Almond Milk or Filtered Water

Handful Kohlrabi or whatever green leaves you have/prefer

1 Apple

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

5cm Piece of Root Ginger


Soak the oats before you make the smoothie for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Then add all your ingredients to your blender and off you go!



Sweet Potato, Red Pepper, Carrot Soup

2 Sweet Potatoes

2 Carrots

1 Large Red pepper

2 Red onions

2 tsps Cumin

Vegetable Stock ( as much as you think it needs, can be quite thick!)


Chop all ingredients and place into a baking tray! Add a drizzle of olive oil and add the cumin. Roast this for 45 mins, until everything is soft

In a blender add all ingredients including vegetable stock and whizz up!


Green Soup

1 Large Courgette

Half a Broccoli

1 Small Bag Kale

1 Lime

2 Garlic Cloves

2cm Ginger

1/2 tsp ground coriander

3cm Fresh Turmeric or 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric

Pinch Himalayan Crystal Salt


500ml Vegetable Stock


Start by adding 1 tsp of olive oil in a deep pan, add the garlic, ginger, coriander, turmeric and salt, let that cook for 2 mins. Next add 3 tbsp water to steam fry it.
Add the courgettes and let that cook for about 3-5 mins. Add 400ml stock and leave to simmer for 3 mins.
Add the broccoli, kale and lime juice with the rest of the stock. Leave to cook again for another 3-4 mins until all the vegetables are soft.
Take off the heat and add the chopped parsley. Pour everything into a blender and whizz together until smooth.
