
Ingredients
Sunday morning panackes
- 120g buckwheat flour
- 2 tsp of cacao
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 cup of nut milk
- Toppings: Pomegrante and maple syrup
Method
- Combine ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Once batter is formed dollop 1 heaped spoonful onto a lightly greased hot frying fan (you can grease with coconut oil)
- Fry for a couple of minutes each side until pancakes are golden are cooked through and enjoy with your toppings.
