SUNDAY MORNING PANCAKES

Ingredients

Sunday morning panackes

  • 120g buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp of cacao
  • 3 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • Toppings: Pomegrante and maple syrup

Method

  • Combine ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Once batter is formed dollop 1 heaped spoonful onto a lightly greased hot frying fan (you can grease with coconut oil)
  • Fry for a couple of minutes each side until pancakes are golden are cooked through and enjoy with your toppings.
