Serves 1:
1 ripe peach or nectarine
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 handful of organic spinach
½ of a lemon juiced
1 tbsp of chia seeds
Handful of gluten free oats
Handful of raspberries
1 tbsp of flaxseeds
¼ avocado
A little ice
Blend until smooth and creamy!
