If you’re not normally a smoothie type of person summer and warmer weather is a brilliant time to start introducing them to your daily diet. I love this one for a summer feel and its packed full of goodness- A really good way to start your day full of greens, antioxidants, vitamins, fats and protein…..


Serves 1:

1 ripe peach or nectarine

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 handful of organic spinach

½ of a lemon juiced

1 tbsp of chia seeds

Handful of gluten free oats

Handful of raspberries

1 tbsp of flaxseeds

¼ avocado

A little ice


Blend until smooth and creamy!
