Strawberry & Coconut Bircher Muesli - serves 1
- ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
- handful of strawberries halved
- 1 cup of almond milk (may need a little extra)
- handful of Sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and combine. Place on airtight container and put in fridge over night to enjoy the following morning.
