Slow Cooked Tomato Passata

a fresh delicious sauce perfect for pasta or spiralized veggies!

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 Large Bottle of Passata
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • Handful of fresh Oregano
  • Handful of Chives
  • Handful of Spring Onions
  • 1 tsp of chilli
  • 10 of cherry tomatoes

Method

  • Start by preheating the oven to 130 degrees. Simply chop, crush, pour and slice all ingredients into a dish and place in the oven for 4-5 hours. This is a great vegan/vegetarian recipe but meat or fish can easily be added. This is perfect for a pasta sauce!
