Salmon, Avocado & Peach Ceviche

a perfect summer dinner party starter! zingy and fresh!


4 starter sizes

  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 3 Limes
  • 1 Fresh Chilli
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Large Handful of Coriander
  • 1 Peach
  • Salt
  • 1 Spring Onion


  • Start by cubing your salmon, completely up to you on the size of the chunks! Add salt and place in the fridge for 30 mins.

    In the meantime, chop the tomatoes, peach, chilli, spring onion and coriander and put to one side. You can also mash the avocado and add some lemon juice so it does not brown.

    After 30 mins add the mixture apart from the avocado to the salmon and stir well. Take a glass and firstly add the avocado then the mixture. Place a sprig of coriander and serve! Voilá!
