

Raw Chocolate Easter Eggs
an indulgent yet healthy way to enjoy Easter!
Ingredients
Raw Chocolate Easter Eggs
- 100g Raw Cacao Butter
- 75g Raw Cacao Powder
- 30g Maple Syrup
- 1/8 Himalayan Crystal Salt
- An Easter Egg Mould
Method

Simply measure all the ingredients out. Place in a dish or pan and place over a pan with hot water underneath. Keep stirring until smooth. Using your mould pour a little of the mixture in and swirl around. Place in the freezer to set. To ensure the chocolate does not slide down the mould, check every 10 minutes and with a spoon smooth it around evenly!
