Pre-Workout | The Chicken & Avo Salad

Ingredients 

1 Chicken Breast

1 Handful Lambs Lettuce

1 Handul Watercress

1 Handful Alfalfa Sprouts

1 Handful of Green Beans

1/2 Avocado

 

Dressing

A dollop of Creme Friache

1 Lemon

1 Handful of chopped Parsley

S&P

 

Method 

Start by grilling the chicken breast and steaming the green beans. Next pile the watercress, lambs lettuce & alfalfa sprouts together. Add the avocado and chicken.

 

 

 

 

 

Method

 

Squeeze the lemon. Mix the creme friache and parsley. Add salt and pepper. Taste and add more if needed!
