Pre-Workout | Bircher Muesli

Ingredients 

1 Cup of Soaked Oats

1 Cup of Almond Milk

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

Handful of Berries

1 tsp of Cinnamon or to taste

 

Method 

The night before soak the oats in a bowl with the almond milk, cinnamon, sesame seeds & pumpkin seeds and place in fridge. In the morning simply add the berries and enjoy! x
