- 150g of Prawns
- 4 Chunks of Ginger
- 2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
- 5 Spring Onions Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Red Chilli Sliced
- 10 Mushrooms
- 1 Bag of Sugar Snap Peas Sliced
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Tamari Sauce
- Brown Rice Noodles
- 2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
- Handful of Chard
Start by adding the coconut oil. Next add the ginger, garlic, spring onions and fry off for 3-5 mins.
Add the mushrooms, chard, sugar snap peas and prawns, cook for a further 5 minutes. During this time get the noodles on and cook for 3 mins.
Going back to the stir fry, squeeze half a lemon, add the tamari sauce (your preference on amount) and add to flax seeds.
Add the noodles to your stir fry and enjoy!!
