Prawn, Ginger, Chilli and Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry with Brown Rice Noodles


Serves 4

  • 150g of Prawns
  • 4 Chunks of Ginger
  • 2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
  • 5 Spring Onions Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Red Chilli Sliced
  • 10 Mushrooms
  • 1 Bag of Sugar Snap Peas Sliced
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • Tamari Sauce
  • Brown Rice Noodles
  • 2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
  • Handful of Chard


  • Start by adding the coconut oil. Next add the ginger, garlic, spring onions and fry off for 3-5 mins.

    Add the mushrooms, chard, sugar snap peas and prawns, cook for a further 5 minutes. During this time get the noodles on and cook for 3 mins.

    Going back to the stir fry, squeeze half a lemon, add the tamari sauce (your preference on amount) and add to flax seeds.

    Add the noodles to your stir fry and enjoy!!
