Oat and Chia smoothie

The reason I have used oats in this is for their slow burn energy, they will give you a boost without giving you a spike and leaving you more exhausted after. They are also great for the gut and have a good amount of B vits, so the oats along with the greens will help energy release in the cells! Parsley is a good old herb for energy , so always a good one to add in. Chia is a good protein, and if you are feeling depleted it should help. Celery, and coconut water are great for hydrating the body, sometimes tiredness is a sign of dehydration… so keep on drinking! – And no, I don’t mean alcohol or fizzy drinks!…

There are lots more ideas for smoothies and juices in my book which you can pre order from Amazon HERE
