My new squeeze!

These gadgets are what I use when I want to squeeze/juice citrus. These little suckers are cheap, cheerful and get the job done!

Really helpful for cooking and when making juices and smoothies, sometimes I do use the whole fruit including rind but if I just want the juice I use these, so give them a go.

Citrus fruits include lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit. They are well known for their vitamin C benefits but have so much more to offer in the way of minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients that help all sorts of things including the heart and liver. They are a great thing to increase whole or squeezed into your diet. So get squeezing!
