Mornings on keto



  • 3 whole organic free range eggs
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1oz of organic feta cheese
  • 1/2 avocado to serve
  • 1 large heirloom tomato sliced to serve
  • Drizzle of olive oil to serve


  • Fry your mushrooms in 1 tsp of olive oil once softened add the eggs and finally the spinach and cheese. Serve with sliced avo, tomato and drizzle in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
