Mango, Pineapple & Kale Smoothie
- ¼ mango
- ½ pineapple
- 2 tbsp oats
- handful of kale
- 1 – 2 cups of coconut water - depending on desired thickness

Blend all above.
NOTE: if there are any woody bits on the kale, remove them before blending. -
