Immune Boosting Blast | The 3 Day Plan

Ingredients

Day 1, 2 & 3 - Morning - Zinc it up Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 cups of coconut water
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tsp Astragalus

Method

  • Add all the a blender and whizz up!

Ingredients

Day 1,2 & 3 - Mid Morning - Super Green Immune Support

  • 4 kale leaves
  • 3 Swiss chard leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • handful of parsley
  • juice of 1-2 limes
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder

Method

  • Pass all the ingredients through the juicer and juice the limes through the juicer or by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand. Stir in the wheatgrass powder at the end.

Day 1,2 & 3 - Lunchtime - Spinach to the Rescue

  • 1 tsp rosemary leaves
  • 3 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 apple
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

  • Wrap the rosemary in the spinach leaves and pass the ingredients through the juicer. Juice the lemon through the juicer or by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand.

Day 1,2 & 3 - Mid Afternoon - Tropical Strength

  • ¼ watermelon
  • ½ mango
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder

Method

  • Remove the flesh from the melon and the skin off the mango and pass through the juicer! Add the matcha green tea powder at the end.

Day 1 & 2 - Dinner Time - Sweet Potato, Leek & Rosemary Soup

  • 2 leeks, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 sweet potatoes, peel and chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1-11/2 Litres chicken stock or veg stock

Method

  • Sauté the leeks and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes
    Add the chopped potatoes and rosemary, stir around for a minute or so.
    Add the chicken stock/veg stock and simmer for approximately 20 – 25 minutes until soft.
    Puree the soup and all done!

Day 3 - Dinner Time - Shiitake Mushroom Soup

  • 600g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Handful of rosemary
  • S&P

Method

  • Satuee the garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes.
    Add the mushrooms and rosemary.
    Add the veg stock and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
    Blend it up and enjoy!
