Day 1, 2 & 3 - Morning - Zinc it up Smoothie
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 Banana
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1-2 cups of coconut water
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp Astragalus

- Add all the a blender and whizz up!

Day 1,2 & 3 - Mid Morning - Super Green Immune Support
- 4 kale leaves
- 3 Swiss chard leaves
- ½ cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- handful of parsley
- juice of 1-2 limes
- 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
Method
- Pass all the ingredients through the juicer and juice the limes through the juicer or by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand. Stir in the wheatgrass powder at the end.

Day 1,2 & 3 - Lunchtime - Spinach to the Rescue
- 1 tsp rosemary leaves
- 3 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 apple
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
- Wrap the rosemary in the spinach leaves and pass the ingredients through the juicer. Juice the lemon through the juicer or by using a citrus press or squeezing by hand.

Day 1,2 & 3 - Mid Afternoon - Tropical Strength
- ¼ watermelon
- ½ mango
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
Method
- Remove the flesh from the melon and the skin off the mango and pass through the juicer! Add the matcha green tea powder at the end.

Day 1 & 2 - Dinner Time - Sweet Potato, Leek & Rosemary Soup
- 2 leeks, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 sweet potatoes, peel and chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1-11/2 Litres chicken stock or veg stock
Method

Sauté the leeks and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes
Add the chopped potatoes and rosemary, stir around for a minute or so.
Add the chicken stock/veg stock and simmer for approximately 20 – 25 minutes until soft.
Puree the soup and all done!

Day 3 - Dinner Time - Shiitake Mushroom Soup
- 600g Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Handful of rosemary
- S&P
Method

Satuee the garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and rosemary.
Add the veg stock and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Blend it up and enjoy!
