- 2 cups of chickpeas (you will need to soak overnight) but you could use 1 can if you prefer.
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (depending how big they are)
- juice of 2-3lemons
- 3 tbsp of hummus
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Himalayan crystal salt.
Put it all into your blender and whizz and its done!
