- Avocado on gluten/wheat free rye bread with smashed avocado, watercress.
- Quinoa porridge soaked in almond milk with chia seeds, chopped mango and pomegranate seeds.
- Bircher museli with grated carrot, apple and some sunflower seeds
- A smoothie with 1/2 banana, 1-1/2 cups of coconut water, 1 scoop of Sunwarrior protein powder, handful of spinach, handful of almonds, handful of blueberries.
