Breakfast Ideas

  1. Avocado on gluten/wheat free rye bread with smashed avocado, watercress.
  2. Quinoa porridge soaked in almond milk with chia seeds, chopped mango and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Bircher museli with grated carrot, apple and some sunflower seeds
  4. A smoothie with 1/2 banana, 1-1/2 cups of coconut water, 1 scoop of Sunwarrior protein powder, handful of spinach, handful of almonds, handful of blueberries.

Snack Ideas

  1. Avocado and cucumber on a corn cracker
  2. A lovely piece of fruit
  3. Handful of almonds
  4. Humous with crudite or flax seed crackers
  5. Protein Shake with maca and chlorella

Lunch Ideas

  1. Chicken with sweet potato, beetroot and chia seed mash with a green salad of spinach, chard & kale.
  2. Butternut squash and lentil stew with brown rice (this will last a few days)
  3. Quinoa bowl, with chopped carrot, chickpeas, beetroot, spinach and green beans, with some fried tempeh.
  4. Tamari and orange salmon with buckwheat noodles, asparagus & bok choi with a sprinkle of sesame seeds

Dinner Ideas

  1.  Courgetti with falafels with a garlic, lemon and some fresh peas
  2. Roast chicken, broccoli, roasted root veg and baked kale
  3.  Soup with buckwheat bread and a dipping flax seed oil
  4. Mackerel with a green leafy salad, sliced orange, ribboned carrot & pumpkin seeds
