

Christmas 2017 | Turmeric Cauliflower Cheese
vegan, anti-inflammatory, vitamin c, magnesium,protein
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of cashews
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 lemon
- vegan parmesan
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- s&p
Method
- Start by steaming cauliflower for 5 minutes. Place in oven proof tray and sprinkle the turmeric on the top. Next place cashews, olive oil, lemon, s&p and almond milk in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour over cauliflower and sprinkle vegan parmesan over the top and bake for 20 minutes.
