

Christmas 2017 | Spiced Brussel Sprouts & Kale
full of anti-oxidants, vitamin c, vitamin k, chlorophyll
Ingredients
- 1 pack of brussel sprouts
- 1 pack of kale
- Ground all spice (optional)
- handful of almonds (ground)
- handful of pomegranate seeds
- s&p
- splash apple cider vinegar
- olive oil
Method
- Start by peeling the layers of the brussels so they are slightly broken up and steam through with kale for 5 minutes. Add the pomegranate seeds along with juice. Add almonds, all spice, s&p, apple cider vinegar, olive oil to your taste. Et voila!
