Chia-cinammon and vanilla pot, with mango and pomegranate


for 1 pot, make it the night before and then you are ready to go in the morning!

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence or some vanilla seeds direct from the pod
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 a mango chopped
  • 2 tbsp of pomegranate seeds


  • Into a suitable vessel, something like a jam jar would be great... add all the ingredients and mix together, or give the jar a shake (with the lid on!), seal and leave over night in the fridge.

    In the morning you are ready to grab it and go!
