An old fave…. Avocado, watercress and tomato on rye.


  • 2 slices of dark rye bread
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 medium toamto
  • a small handful of watercress
  • Himalayan crystal salt
  • black pepper


  • Toast the bread, spread the avocado on top, cut up the tomatoes into slices and place onto the avocado and finish off with the watercress, salt and pepper.
