Raw Coleslaw

This is super easy, not to many ingredients and it is good for your gut, and alkalizing. It is raw and nutrient dense and I love it… and everyone else seems to too!



  • ¼ red cabbage
  • ¼ white cabbage or savoy
  • 2 tbsp of seeds, I use sunflower or pumpkin
  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp of apple cyder vinegar
  • ½-1 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • Himalayan crystal salt
  • Black pepper


  • If you have a food processor then you can grate all the veg in that. Or use a hand grater to grate all the veg.
  • Then stir in the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl and that is it!
