This is super easy, not to many ingredients and it is good for your gut, and alkalizing. It is raw and nutrient dense and I love it… and everyone else seems to too!
- ¼ red cabbage
- ¼ white cabbage or savoy
- 2 tbsp of seeds, I use sunflower or pumpkin
- 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
- 3-4 tbsp of apple cyder vinegar
- ½-1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- Himalayan crystal salt
- Black pepper
- If you have a food processor then you can grate all the veg in that. Or use a hand grater to grate all the veg.
- Then stir in the rest of the ingredients in a big bowl and that is it!
