5 Spears of Asparagus
1 Banana
1 Kiwi
1 cup of Oats
1 tsp Spirulina
handful of spinach
2 cups of coconut water



Simply add all ingredients to blender, whizz up & enjoy!

Asparagus helps to break down alcohol.

Bananas are great for re hydrating because of the potassium acting as an electrolyte
Oats replace some of the zapped B its, also help to ease any discomfort in the tummy area. It is also great for blood sugar levels and will give you slow burning fuel to get you through the morning!
Spinach is great for B its too, and also helps the liver to detoxify because of all the phytonutrients in it
Kiwi tastes good and is also high in antioxidants that help clear up all the toxins left over from the alcohol.
Coconut water is brilliant for hydration!
