

Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts
Shredded Kale
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Lemon
Parsley
Olive Oil
Himalayan Crystal Salt
Pepper
Method
Start by cutting brussels on half and steaming them for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, crush 3 garlic cloves, roughly chop the parsley and squeeze the lemon into a baking tray.
Add a good amount oil to cover all ingredients.
Next remove brussels off the heat and add to tray along with the kale.
Give it all a good toss to ensure everything is covered.
Then place in oven for 5 minutes max!
