4 Cloves of Garlic
Preheat Oven to 180.
Start by scoring your chicken at the top, peel the rind off the orange and place where you have scored. Also add the rosemary into the scores/legs of chicken.
Next, down the neck of the bird add rosemary, the 4 garlic cloves and wedges of orange – as many as you can fit!
Place the bird in a baking tray and squeeze 3 oranges into it. Spread some rosemary around the bird then add cold water – this should be about 4cm up the baking tray!
Cover the baking tray in foil & pinch it well around the sides!
Place in oven! Depending on the size of your bird the timings will differ so check suggested times on the front of the packaging.
