Healthy Roast Potatoes
Potatoes – as many as you need
1 tsb Coconut oil
4 Garlic Cloves
Himalayan Crystal Salt
Preheat the oven to 190-200.
Firstly, parboil the potatoes! Once that is done, drain them off and add to a baking tray.
Add the coconut oil, crushed garlic, chilli, rosemary and salt. Place in the oven for a total time of about 1 hour and a half. Make sure you keep checking and turning them.
When they are about ten minutes to being done add the parsley and basil and give it a good mixture so the basil does not catch.
Serve and enjoy!
Whole Garlic Clove
1 tbsp maple syrup
Roughly slice everything so they are nice chunky bits of veg.
Add to a baking tray and drizzle over some olive oil.
Next, squeeze the orange and sprinkle as many hazelnuts as you wish!
Add the maple syrup and herbs on top.
Place in the oven for about 45 mins.
