May I ask for how many persons these recipes were created? I cannot eat this amount of food for one meal. Is it for two?

@disqus_K5RAtMla2R:disqus , don’t worry you’re not meant to eat that much! what you can do is freeze the rest and then eat after your cleanse as a gentle way of getting back into normal eating! Hope that helps.

  • Hi Rosemary, I’m curious if salt can be used in the sweet potato soup when you roast the veg? Or is it best to avoid salt altogether during this revamp. Thank you!
