Strawberry & Coconut Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

Strawberry & Coconut Bircher Muesli - serves 1

  • ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • handful of strawberries halved
  • 1 cup of almond milk (may need a little extra)
  • handful of Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

Method

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and combine. Place on airtight container and put in fridge over night to enjoy the following morning.
