Fresh Mint & Cinnamon Cereal with Berries
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 250ml almond milk
- handful of almonds: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
- handful of mint
- handful of blueberries
- handful of raspberries
- Add almonds to a food processor or pestle and mortar and ground done slightly. Transfer to a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the almond milk over and enjoy.
