• 1 pack of brussel sprouts
  • 1 pack of kale
  • Ground all spice (optional)
  • handful of almonds (ground)
  • handful of pomegranate seeds
  • s&p
  • splash apple cider vinegar
  • olive oil


  • Start by peeling the layers of the brussels so they are slightly broken up and steam through with kale for 5 minutes. Add the pomegranate seeds along with juice. Add almonds, all spice, s&p, apple cider vinegar, olive oil to your taste. Et voila!
