Ingredients

  • Bunch of Beetroot
  • Handful of Cranberries
  • 1/2 Red Chilli
  • Splash of Port
  • S&P
  • 1 Red Onion

Method

  • Quarter the beetroot and red onion and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the cranberries, slice the chilli and add. Add the port and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 45 minutes.
