Ingredients

Cacao, Date & Coconut Nut Cereal with Fresh Raspberries

  • Handful of Sunflower, Pumpkin, Almonds
  • 1 Pitted Date
  • 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Cold Water
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • Almond Milk to serve

Method

  • Start by crushing the almonds in either a food processor or pestle and mortar. Slice the date in little cubes. Transfer all of the ingredients and mix throughly. Feel free to add more cacao for a richer taste. Top with fresh raspberries and ice cold almond milk or milk of choice. Enjoy. This can be made in big batches and kept in an air tight container for months!
